Each bath salt is made with an Epsom salt base made up of magnesium and sulfates to promote luxurious relaxation for the mind and body. Epsom salt is known to reduce swelling and relieve aches and pains as well.
Suggested use: Add 2 tablespoons to ¼ cup to a full tub OR put herbs in a sachet before adding to tub. Sit and soak, allow yourself to soak up the energy, and focus on your intentions. Relax and enjoy!
